No open roles yet. Here is the honest version.
AxisAlign is built by a solo founder. There is no team to join today and no salaried opening to apply for. When that changes, the roles will be listed on this page first.
What you can do today
The affiliate program
If you already talk to the kind of people AxisAlign is built for, you can earn from it without being hired. The terms are simple and they are the same for everyone:
- 30% of the first sale, paid after a 60-day hold.
- 15% recurring after that, for up to 12 months.
- No minimum audience, no application fee, no exclusivity.
The hold exists because refunds happen, and paying commission on money that goes back is how affiliate programs quietly go broke. The full terms and the application form are on the affiliate page.
Tell us what is broken
Genuinely useful, genuinely wanted. If something in an app is hard to use, or hard to use with a disability, that report changes the product faster than anything else we receive. hello@axisalign.life.
Register interest
If you want to hear when roles do open, join the list on the home page and say so in a reply. We do not run a separate careers mailing list for a company with no vacancies.
What working here will look like
- Remote, written, asynchronous. The founder works around other commitments and so will you.
- Accessibility is not a nice-to-have. It is a founding constraint of the product, and it will be a constraint on your work.
- Small scope, shipped. Twelve products exist because things get finished, not because they get planned.
