Terms of Service

Last updated 20 August 2026. These terms apply to every AxisAlign app and to this website. They are written to be readable; where a plain-English summary and the terms differ, the terms govern.

1. Who you are agreeing with

AxisAlign is operated by Axis Align, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Louisiana, United States ("AxisAlign", "we", "us"). "Services" means this website and every AxisAlign application, including My Axis, Pro Axis, Learn Axis, Pulse Axis and Grow Axis, together with any application we release later.

By creating an account or using the Services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it current.
  • Tell us promptly at security@axisalign.life if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. The shared foundation

AxisAlign apps run on one shared foundation. Records you create in one app can be visible to another app within your own account, which is what removes the need to re-enter the same client, contact or detail in several places.

This does not make your data visible to other people. Sharing with another person — a care-circle member, a teammate, a client — happens only when you grant it, is limited to what you grant, and can be revoked by you at any time.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into the Services. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, back up and display that content in order to operate the Services for you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including information about other people.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe someone's rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, upload malware, attempt to breach or overload our systems, scrape the Services at scale, or resell access without a written agreement with us.

Where an app lets you contact other people — invoices, booking pages, campaigns — you are the sender and you are responsible for complying with the marketing and privacy laws that apply to you.

6. AI features

Axis, the assistant built into the Services, is a tool and not a professional. Its output can be wrong. Nothing it produces is medical, legal, financial or tax advice, and you should not rely on it as such. You remain responsible for decisions you make and for actions you approve.

Where Axis can take an action on your behalf, consequential actions are recorded so you can see what was done.

7. Payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout, and renew until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise.
  • If you use Pro Axis to take money from your own customers, you connect your own Stripe account. That relationship is between you, your customer and Stripe, and you are responsible for what you sell, for your refunds and for your taxes.
  • If a plan is downgraded, content over the new limit becomes read-only. We do not delete it because you downgraded.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and we will give reasonable notice of planned disruption where we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you and you may cancel.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that creates a security or legal risk, or where required by law — with notice unless the circumstances make notice unsafe or unlawful. You can export your data before you leave, and for a reasonable period afterwards.

10. Warranties and liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxisAlign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AxisAlign against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services in breach of these terms, or your dealings with your own customers.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Louisiana have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where necessary to protect its rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify account holders by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the updated terms.
