Accessibility statement

Our target

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We are not fully there yet, and this page says where we fall short.

What we do

We design every app to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline on whatever has focus.
Form fields have labels that stay visible while you type.
Pop-up windows keep keyboard focus inside them and close with the Escape key.
Icon buttons have text names for screen readers.
Our apps have light and dark themes, and this website has a Pause motion button.

Known gaps

We have not yet tested every app from start to finish with a screen reader.
Some charts and older screens may not have a full text alternative.
Automated accessibility checks do not yet run on every release.
Stores, posts and documents that our customers create are theirs, and may not meet this standard.
Payment pages are run by Stripe and the sign-in security check by Cloudflare, under their own accessibility standards.
