Connect Zoom to Pro Axis

Give every guest who books with you their own Zoom meeting. Pro Axis makes the meeting when someone books, moves it when the booking moves, and deletes it when the booking is cancelled.

What you need

• A Pro Axis account, as an owner or admin of the business.
• A Zoom account, free or paid. Your Zoom plan's meeting limits still apply.

Adding the app

1. In Pro Axis, open Settings, then the Integrations tab.
2. Next to Zoom, click Connect, then Continue.
3. Sign in to Zoom if it asks. Review what AxisAlign asks for and click Allow.
4. You come back to Pro Axis and Zoom shows as connected. Finish in the same browser you started in.

Using it

1. Open Booking and edit a booking type, or make a new one.
2. Under Where you meet, choose Zoom.
3. Turn on Create a new Zoom link for every booking, then save.

From then on, each guest who books that type gets their own Zoom meeting, in the confirmation email and the calendar file. If you move a booking, the meeting moves with it. If you or the guest cancel, the meeting is deleted. If Zoom does not answer for a booking, the guest gets the link you pasted on the booking type instead, and your booking email tells you so.

What AxisAlign can do in your Zoom account

• Create a meeting, one for each booking.
• Update a meeting, only one it made, when that booking moves.
• Delete a meeting, only one it made, when that booking is cancelled.
• View your user, to show which Zoom account is connected.

AxisAlign never reads, records or joins your meetings, and never looks at meetings it did not make. It keeps the meeting ID and join link with the booking, and the Zoom access token encrypted in our database. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Removing the app

From Pro Axis: open Settings, then Integrations, and click Disconnect next to Zoom.

From Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, click Manage, then Added Apps, find AxisAlign and click Remove.

Either way, the stored Zoom access for your business is deleted straight away. Meetings already made stay in your Zoom account, and bookings you already have keep their links. New bookings use the link you pasted on the booking type.
