Pro starts with a 7-day trial and a card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are charged the price shown, then again each month or year until you cancel from your account. Pro is priced per person: $25 a month or $252 a year each for 1 to 2 people, and $19 a month or $168 a year each for 3 or more. Do exports cost extra?

No. Export to PDF, Word, Markdown and HTML is included on Free and Pro.

How do I record a guide?

Add the Atlas Axis Capture extension to Chrome, start a capture, do the task once and stop. Every click becomes a step with a screenshot. Password values are never captured.
